Marshall County Master Gardeners Offer "Forcing Bulbs for Spring Blooms" Workshop

Bring a touch of spring into your home this winter by joining the Marshall County Master Gardeners for a fun, educational, and hands-on workshop at the Gilman Public Library on November 9 at 2:00 p.m.

Have you ever wondered how garden centers and floral shops produce beautiful blooming flowers in the middle of winter? Participants will learn the secrets of forcing bulbs indoors and will create their own blooming bulb container to take home and enjoy.

The workshop is open to the public and is offered free of charge thanks to the fundraising efforts of the Marshall County Master Gardeners.
